One of those awesome team members is Logan Marks, a Designer for Alabama Metal Art. Logan joined the team about 10 years ago, and he’s helped build our company into what it is today.
About Logan Marks
As a husband and father of 3 kids (2 boys, 1 girl), he says his family practically lives at the baseball field. Besides that, Logan loves collecting and shooting guns, playing early-morning basketball games at the local YMCA, and raising chickens. When we asked what a typical day in his life looks like, his answer was succinct: “God, Work, Baseball Field.”
Something Unique About Logan
Logan has one and a half (one in the process) tattoos. The first is his and his wife’s wedding date in Roman Numerals on his forearm. The one that’s in the works is an eagle with the body on his arm, the head on his shoulder, and a wingspan across his chest and back. He says, “It’s a small tribute to the orange and blue in my veins but more so my strength, courage, and grace.”
Logan’s Favorite AMA Project
It was difficult for him to choose only one, but Logan’s favorite sign project is an oldie but a goodie: “Gaijin Ramen Shop.” He said he loved that project because it was the first of many like it—the first sign he designed to be boxed in and double-sided, internally lit, with raised lettering and acrylic back plates.

“We are not a team that believes in shortcuts. We do it the right way the first time, and not even the small things slide,” Logan said. “We care about the products we put out and about the work we do.”
