Alabama Metal Art designed and fabricated a custom memorial dedication sign for HASRA in Killen, AL, honoring the life and legacy of Sherry Frazier, a longtime supporter of HASRA’s Save, Rescue, Adopt mission serving Northwest Alabama. The sign was installed at the new pavilion built by HASRA, which now proudly carries her name.
The sign reads SHERRY FRAZIER PAVILION in a classic serif typeface, followed by the heartfelt dedication: “In memory of Sherry, who changed the story for the countless dogs she saved.” A bright red puppy silhouette sits at the top center, a simple and fitting tribute to the animals Sherry dedicated so much of her life to helping.

Laser-Cut Steel with Layered Color
We crafted a custom metal logo sign for Valley Credit Union, designed with layered elements and precision stencil cuts. Installed on the interior wall behind the drive-up window, this piece adds a polished, professional touch that reinforces their brand with clean lines and dimensional detail.
The lettering and puppy icon were precision laser-cut through a textured silver steel face panel, then backed with colored layers for crisp, lasting contrast. White backing brings the pavilion name forward, a rich blue backer highlights the dedication message, and a bold red layer fills the puppy silhouette so it stands out as the focal point of the design.
The finished panel was mounted in the gable of the timber-frame pavilion, centered above the heavy steel truss plates and overlooking the dog runs below. Its weather-ready metal construction and textured finish complement the rustic wood and steel structure while holding up to year-round outdoor conditions.
